  Went in for a late breakfast but as soon as I saw the buffet selection of food I couldn't help myself. His place makes it hard not to cheat on a diet the food looks and tastes that good.
  
  You can fill up a larger size tin for $7.50 and pick what you want. I went with chicken and shrimp scampi with steamed veggies but then I saw the veal parm and just had to have that too. What a great value.

  So every day since I've been over here at my new company, just down the road and across the street from Good n Plenty, we've been getting the daily specials fax.  Anytime I would ask about ordering from the place, people sort of just shrugged it off.
  
  Well, today I took it upon myself to stop in to this rather unassuming deli attached to an auto-body shop.  I got a slice of pizza and a gyro because... why wouldn't I get a slice of pizza and a gyro??
  I'm lucky I didn't splurge for a garlic knot and a hero on top of it.   The gyro was huge and the slice pretty decently sized as well; the hot food was out of there already being that I walked in at about 2:30 but they were attentive;  Even joking around with me when I asked what's good.  
  
  They got a bit more friendly when I took a stack of menus and said I was bringing them back to my 200 person office; naturally.
  
  I'll be back for sure to check out some subs and hot food. I cased the joint and uploaded some pix. Give 'em love, fam.

  This place has messed up my order 3 out of 3 times. I ordered avocados on my sandwich once and they put old rotten black avocados on it, tasted disgusting.. my girlfriend was appalled. I'm tired of giving this place a shot. They need to get their shit together. Going to cookys down the street from now on.

  I don't get it... I'm honestly baffled. Yelpers, this has been like the 20th time my Job has called in an order for pick-up from Good and Plenty Eats...
  
  And now every single time, I've came up with some seriously outrageous order.
  (I am so sorry!)
  
  For example...
  - Bacon Egg (over medium) and Cheese on a Whole Wheat wrap with a hash brown, add onions and peppers.
  - Sausage Egg (over medium) Cheese on Whole Wheat wrap with home fries and onions.
  - Bacon and Sausage with Eggs (fried) cheese on a Whole wheat wrap with hash brown add peppers.
  
  No matter the order, it always comes proper.
  Now, please keep in mind I had no intentions of setting G&P's up for failure. I can't lie, I totally was testing their limits tho haha. And my word nobody's order was ever wrong so far!
  
  Usually when making big orders 3+ items with special requests, something is bound to be wrong. Every time I ask co-workers they all agree, Not once have we had a mistake in orders. Everything is as ordered. So for that Good and Plenty Eats.... We tip our hats and salute you. We've found our breakfast joint.
  
  If you're in the area, and are looking for some great food I highly suggest Good and Plenty Eats. Conveniently located near Brandford School. So for lunch, take a walk over there.

  I've been going to G&P's for 6 months now and am extremely impressed with the quality of food and service. The food is always fantastic. I've ordered everything from Pizza to breakfast sandwiches and I've never had anything close to a complaint. Their Sausage, Egg and Cheese on a hero is my go to breakfast when I have time to spare. I also enjoy trying new heroes on their menu because they are always tasty and delicious.
  
  The service is why I continue to choose them over other delis in the area. Other delis (cough*cooky's*cough) do not treat their customers as well as G&P. Everytime I either get delivery or pickup I am greeted by kind employees. Sometimes I've had to wait longer than expected but they've apologized and made it worth my while. My company orders delivery from them very often and they never mess up our orders. We make very complicated and long orders and still they get it perfect everytime.
  
  If you're in need of a cheap, tasty lunch you better be going to G&P's!
